This Privacy Policy explains how themefox ("themefox", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit themefox.com, contact us, subscribe to updates, purchase or download our Shopify themes (including Fennec), or use our support and theme development services (together, the "Services").

1. Who we are (UK)

themefox is the controller for personal information handled through the Services (unless stated otherwise).

A) Information you give us

  • Contact details (e.g., name, email address) when you fill in a form, request a quote, or contact support
  • Support communications (message content and any attachments you send)
  • Project details you provide when requesting theme development/customisation (for example: store URL, requirements, screenshots, theme settings you share)
  • Marketing preferences (e.g., when you opt in to newsletters or product updates)

B) Information we collect automatically

When you browse themefox.com, we may collect:

  • Device and usage data (pages visited, clicks, referring pages, approximate region, browser type)
  • Cookie and similar technology data, where enabled

C) Information from third parties

Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive limited information from:
